"I remember people more than I remember places." 

I have always felt a deep connection to humanity; a palpable desire to understand and experience the world through the eyes of others. This is what I long for when I journey the world. I have toasted a beer with the town shoemaker in a pub in England, felt the wind in my hair on a fishing boat in Panama, hiked a trail with a solo-traveler who is on a year long pilgrimage from Australia, learned from the woman building a small business in Africa, and cried with a daughter whose family was torn apart by hate in the Middle East.

These are the stories I carry with me.

I founded Peregrina to build a community that connects with humanity through culture and adventure. Through curating resources originating from my own experiences, my goal is to equip our members with the tools they need to traverse their own road. My hope is that our members feel empowered to choose their own journey and along the way collect stories of their own.​
